超期贮存发动机固体推进剂能量特性试验研究

摘    要:固体推进剂的老化,会使其燃速、爆热值下降,势必会影响固体火箭发动机的内弹道性能,从而影响导弹的正常飞行。文中介绍了通过3台超期贮存的某型固体发动机的解剖,并对其推进剂的燃速和爆热进行了试验测定;根据试验数据,对该型超期固体发动机进行了内弹道仿真及相关计算,得到了不同贮存期发动机的比冲和推力,为正确评估该型发动机服役寿命提供了参考数据。

Abstract:The solid propellant ageing will cause descent of its energy characteristic such as the burning rate, explosive heat. Thus the interior ballistic performance of the solid propellant rocket engine and the normal flight of missile will be affected. Three tactical missile motors that have stored overtime are dissected. Various charges are chosen to experiment. The burning rate and the explosive heat are acquired. According to the experiment data, specific impulse and the thrust of this motor are obtained by the interior ballistic calculation and some other calculation. These experimental data will be useful in estimating the service life of the type solid rocket motor.
