| 摘 要： | 介绍了数字电路故障诊断向量测试法中功能测试和在线测试的具体方法。结合现代武器系统数字电路板的检测和诊断需要,分别阐述了数字组合和时序电路板、数模混合电路板及微处理器电路板的故障诊断策略及步骤。举例说明了故障诊断方法在数字电路板自动测试系统中的应用。

| Abstract: | Introducing the methods of functional test and on-line test for fault diagnosis of digital circuit,the author discusses the strategy and process of the fault diagnosis of combinational logic circuit boards,sequential logic circuit boards,mixed-signal circuit boards and microcomputer-based circuit boards.Then the author gives an example about the application of the fault diagnosis methods in automatic test system of digital circuit boards. |
