| 摘 要： | 以微型计算机为平台,利用简单的并行口下载电缆,实现了对边界扫描测试总线的控制,在此基础上,编程实现对 SVF 格式文件的解释和执行,从而构建了边界扫描测试系统的低层平台,配合第三方的 SVF 文件生成工具,就可以构成一个完整的边界扫描测试系统。

| Abstract: | Using the parallel port download cable,we implement JTAG bus-mastering on a PC.And on the base of this work,we program tool software to interpret and execute the SVF specification files,thus a low platform of a boundary scan test system is constructed.With third-part SVF generation software,a complete boundary scan test system can be realized. |
