航空发动机最低放行寿命评定研究

摘    要:为实现军用航空发动机的寿命控制和管理,基于现代航空发动机效费分析的基本理念,主要研究了单元体/大部件寿命控制模式下军用航空发动机最低放行寿命(MISSL)的确定方法。基于发动机使用安全性、使用经济性、使用性能衰减等因素的综合分析考虑,建立了航空发动机最低放行寿命评价指标体系层次分析模型,确定了各层次指标权重系数,应用灰色综合评判方法,建立了航空发动机最低放行寿命综合评判模型。结合某型涡扇发动机寿命控制的工程实际,综合评定了其最低放行寿命,得出了国内该型发动机最低放行寿命为400小时的结论。

Abstract:For the life control and management of some internal military aero engine in the service, based on the basic idea of effectiveness-cost analysis of military aero engine, the evaluation method of minimum issue life (MISSL) of military aero engine under the maintain system controlled by the life of some key components (modular) is studied. Based on the comprehensive analysis of employment security, employment economical efficiency and employment performance attenuation, the hierarchic analysis model of the evaluation index system for the MISSL of aero engine is established, and the weight coefficient for indexes of every hierarchy is assessed by AHP method. The comprehensive decision model for MISSL of aero engine is presented by utilizing grey comprehensive decision method. To meeting the need of life control and management of some turbofan engine, the model is applied to evaluation its MISSL. The result shows that the internal MISSL of the turbo engine is 400 hours and is in agreement with the result of outland.
