摘    要:针对预警机作战效能评估中作战效能的系统性和评估数据的不确定性问题,在建立预警机作战效能评估指标体系的基础上,建立基于系统优势函数和IAHP的预警机作战效能评估模型,并利用该模型对担负电子对抗任务的预警机作战效能进行分析。实例表明,加强分系统之间的协同合作是提高预警机作战效能的有效方法。

Abstract:In view of the problem that was the schematism of early warning aircraft and the indeterminacy of evaluation data, on the basis of advantage function of system and IAHP the model of evaluation of combat effectiveness was built. Testified by the experiment of electronic countermeasures (ECM) capability, and finded the ways of improving effectiveness of early warning aircraft, this model was reasonable and effective.
