基于RCM的某类多型导弹电子设备维修决策

针对应用传统维修策略维修某类多型导弹电子设备的费时费力、代价高、效果差等缺点,分析了该类导弹电子设备的特点及故障规律,介绍了以可靠性为中心的维修(Reliability Centered Maintenance,RCM)分析过程和实施步骤,以该类中某型防空导弹测控机柜为对象开展基于 RCM的预防性维修,并取得了较好的效果,其方法步骤对其他导弹电子设备的预防性维修具有很好的借鉴意义。

Maintenance Decision of Certain Kind Polytypes of Missile Electronic Equipment Based on RCM

The traditional maintenance decision applied certain kind polytypes of missile electronic equipment has disad.vantages of undesirable effects, large cost, consuming time, etc. The characteristics and failure laws of the missile electron.ics were analyzed in this paper, the analyzing and applying procedurals of RCM was introduced. Then preventive mainte.nance based on RCM was applied to the testing device of one missile electronic equipment, the effects of preventive main.tenance was successful, and the method and procedural was worthwhile for other electronic equipments applied preventivemaintenance.
