| Abstract: | The structure of the index system of scientific research estimate and its design principle were presented in this paper. The standard and estimate index of the scientific research system construction of military technical academy were analyzed. According to the investigation of general situation to partial academies, whole estimate of the integrated scientific research strength of these academies was given. |
