| 摘 要： | 以飞机总体设计的评审为例，提出了基于DEA技术的飞机总体设计评审方法。首先，介绍了DEA的基本理论和应用步骤；然后，对输入、输出指标体系进行了确定和分类，并采用DEA Solver 3．0软件进行设计方案基于CCR模型的DEA有效性求解；最后，探讨了非DEA有效方案的改进方法、DEA有效方案的排序方法以及DEA最有效方案的优化目标。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the review of aircraft preliminary design was taken for example, and its DEA-based review and optimization method was proposed. Firstly, the DEA's basic theory and applying steps were introduced.
