摘    要:以人为主对部队飞行训练质量进行定性分析,存在对训练效果难以做出公平、合理解释以及主观性强的问题。为此,提出一种行之有效的飞行质量综合评价数学模型。依据飞行训练大纲、部队调研掌握一些资深飞行员经验,建立了飞行质量综合评价的层次结构以及基本动作层的评价指标体系。利用时域分析原理,结合飞参数据现实需求,提出了合适的时域分析指标,权重以G1法进行确定,针对各个指标展开定量分析,评价结果合理。便于对训练期间的问题进行查找,提升飞行员操作水平。

Abstract:In view of the qualitative analysis of the flight training quality of the troops based on people, there is a phenome.non that it is difficult to make fair and reasonable explanations and subjectiveness to the training results. So, an effectivemathematical model for comprehensive evaluation of flight quality was proposed. Based on the flight training program andmilitary research to master some experienced pilots, a hierarchical structure of the comprehensive assessment of flightquality and an evaluation index system for the basic movement layer were established. Combining the principle of time do.main analysis with the actual needs of flight data, the appropriate index indicators for time domain analysis were proposed.The weights were determined by the G1 method. Quantitative analysis was carried out for each index. The evaluation re.sults were reasonable. It is easy to search for problems during training and improve the pilot''s operation level.
