| Abstract: | Based on the theory and method of Multi-attribute decision-making(MADM),from both sides of communication countermeasures,this paper concluded and analyzed all the influencing factors of communication jamming effects.A novel evaluation model of jamming effects is presented,through which we could get numeric result. |
