摘    要:在对临近空间高超声速 ISR(Intelligence,Surveillance,Reconnaissance)平台的使命任务进行简单分析的基础上,建立了临近空间高超声速 ISR平台作战能力评估指标体系。综合考虑高超声速飞行器的研究现状及相关技术的关键度和成熟度,对各个指标进行赋权,构建了临近空间高超声速 ISR平台作战能力的评估准则。运用该评估准则对某临近空间高超声速 ISR平台的概念设计方案进行了作战能力评估,并与美国正在研制的 SR-72进行了对比分析。结果表明:高超声速飞行器气动布局对其作战能力影响较大,在相同航程条件下,高升阻比气动外形能显著提高飞行器的有效载荷装载能力,进而提高飞行器的综合作战能力。研究结果可为高超声速 ISR飞行器的论证、研制以及评估提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Based on the mission and task analysis of the near space hypersonic ISR vehicle, the index system is establishedto evaluate the operational capability of the near space hypersonic ISR vehicle. Each index is weighted by considering thedevelopment status of the hypersonic vehicle and the criticality and maturity of technologies, and the evaluation criterion ofoperational capability is built. The operational capability of a conceptual scheme designed for hypersonic ISR vehicles isevaluated using this evaluation criterion, and the result is compared with that of the SR-72 of the US. The results show the aerodynamic layout of the hypersonic vehicle has a large impact on operational capability, and the configuration with highlift-to-drag ratio can improve the payload capability of the hypersonic vehicle significantly under the same range condition,which in turn improves the overall operational capability. The results can provide technical support for the demonstration,development and evaluation of the hypersonic ISR vehicle.
