摘    要:为解决装备可靠性差、维护费用高等问题,保持并提高部队装备保障能力,在结合装备实际使用需求的基础上开发了一套针对该装备的自动测试系统。在研究分析某型设备的典型故障特性的基础上,对部分故障进行了总结归纳,并初步建立了测试设备的故障树模型,再运用了基于表达式分析的故障诊断推理方法建立推理机制。最后,在明确系统功能要求和设计原则的基础上,设计了测试设备检测系统,部队实践验证该系统满足设计要求。

Abstract:In this paper, the ATS design combined with practical requirement was put forward order to improve reliability and to reduce maintaince expense of one type equipment. Firstly, representative fault characters were discussed. Secondly, some faults of equipment were concluded. Thirdly, fault tree was established, which built up reasoning rule based on expression analysis. At last, ATS was designed according to fault diagnosis. Through practice evaluation, it can meet maintance requirements.
