| 摘 要： | 基于有限元分析的基本原理,建立了热-机耦合问题分析的有限元基本方程,并对工件挤压过程及摩擦制动问题进行了分析。算例表明,热-机耦合分析方法能很好地模拟受热结构的温度场和应力应变场,为结构设计和工艺设计提供依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the FEA,the numerical method of thermal-mechanical coupling is presented.With this method, the metal forming processes and brake process are analyzed.The result proves the effectiveness of the numerical method and provides scientific basis for structural design and technological process design. |
