PERT方法优化的导弹技术准备流程

针对导弹技术准备流程中各工序工时的不确定性特点，采用PERT方法建立了流程的网络模型，通过模型求解，得到各工序的开工时间范围，找出影响流程工期长短的关键路线，并估算出流程在不同工期下的实现概率。以某型导弹技术准备的子流程为例进行了实例研究，表明该方法对于提高保障部队技术准备能力具有重要现实意义。

Optimization Analysis of Missiles' Technical Preparation Process Based on PERT

Considering the uncertainty of the work duration of missiles' technical preparation process, a network model of the process was built using PERT.
