空空导弹电子产品加速寿命试验模型研究及应用

摘    要:为快速预估某空空导弹电子产品的贮存使用寿命,针对其不同贮存使用环境,利用加速寿命试验的设计原则,设计了加速老化试验方案,并对弹用三极管电子产品进行了加速老化试验,根据试验数据拟合了相应的模型参数。该试验方法及模型为准确评估空空导弹在不同环境应力下的技术状态提供了有效的研究途径。

Abstract:The storage performance affected on the technique state of the missile. In order to shorten testing time and evaluate its life, the method of accelerated life test was advanced. The test scheme was designed bv the way of accelerated life to simulate different enviromental stress. The idea of test was applied to air-to-air missile audion accelerated life test. According to the test data, the model parameters were fitting. The test method and model can be applied to evaluate the air-to-air missile life under different enviromental stress
