| 摘 要： | 阐述了某靶弹研制中对超期原型弹延寿技术的研究与实践，采取理论分析与工程经验有机结合的方法，使超期导弹工程延寿与可靠性增长相结合。依据调研信息和寿命试验，采用累积故障统计分析法，对超期原型导弹进行了可靠度函数估计，建立了原型弹的寿命剖面模型。
