| Abstract: | The structure and the characteristics of life cycle cost (LCC) of weapon material are analyzed in this article, then it puts forward the method of assessing LCC by analyzing economic life of weapon material. The dialectic relation of effectiveness and cost is explained and the calculation of ratio of cost to effectiveness is simply researched. |
