摘    要:文章基于数值模拟方法,对JP-10高密度燃油在某型弹用涡喷发动机燃烧室中的燃烧过程进行了研究,并与原燃油RP-3燃烧的数值模拟结果进行了对比。结果表明,在与RP-3燃烧相同的空气进口质量流量情况下,JP-10在该涡喷发动机内能正常燃烧,且供油时间比之RP-3要增加20%左右。使用JP-10,火焰筒内部高温区范围有所减少,降低了燃烧室结构的热负荷。保证燃油流量相同条件下使用JP-10,火焰筒出口处温度分布系数比采用RP-3的要小。

Abstract:A customary numerical method was presently used to simulate the combustion of JP-10 in the turbojet for one missile.The result is compared with the RP-3's,which showed that,keeping the air inlet conditions same,JP-10 could combust normally.The region of flame with high temperature reduced and the heat loaded on the chamber descends after substituting JP-10 for RP-3.When keep the fuel mass flow rate same with the RP-3's,fuel supplying time increased about 20%,and the excite momentum and total temperature decreased about 3%.The non-unity of the temperature distribution on the exit of the chamber and the heat loading on the turbine were reduced under the condition with the same fuel flux.
