| 摘 要： | 主要通过对武器装备研制项目管理的研究,在分析对比了武器装备研制项目管理和一般项目管理的联系与区别的基础上,提出了基于武器装备全寿命周期、全过程、全方位管理所需的武器装备研制项目管理知识体系的框(WE-PMBOK),该体系框架具有模块化、结构化的特点。
