| 摘 要： | 测试软件平台为测试系统的组建提供了可视化的测试程序开发环境、测试资源的管理、测试数据的管理和仪器驱动库的管理等工具。文章介绍了软件平台的总体结构。并对软件平台的实现作了描述。
