| 摘 要： | 对“大部件(单元体)寿命控制”下涡扇发动机的寿命管理进行了深入研究,构建了某型涡扇发动机项目化管理体系和方法。建立了发动机寿命管理的信息网络,明确了用户、制造厂商和翻修部门在寿命管理信息中所应承担的责任;建立了发动机/大部件／零件寿命评定程序、寿命增长原则和程序以及附加检验项目和程序;建立了喷管和附件寿命控制及管理的基本方法。工程实践表明．建立的管理方法及程序科学合理、工程适用。

| Abstract: | The life management method and program of military turbofan engine is studied in this paper, which is under the life control pattern controlled by life of key components (modular). The information net of life management is established and the responsibility of user, manufacturer and over hauler in life management is ascertained. The program of life assessment, the guideline and program of life growth, the item and program of additional verification are built. The basic life control and management method of nozzle and accessories is presented. Engineering practice shows that the method and program of life management built in this paper are legitimate and suitability. |
