| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了Weibull寿命型产品的分布参数、可靠性及可靠寿命的极大似然估计，包括点估计和置信区间估计，然后讨论了Weibull分布的Bayes可靠性分析方法，并使用Gauss—Legendre方法解决了Bayes分析方法中的积分困难，大大节省了计算时间，算例表明这种方法是合理有效的。

| Abstract: | The Maximum Likelihood Estimates and confidence interval estimates of distribution parameter,reliability and reliability life of Weibull Distribution product are introduced,then the Bayesian method is discussed.The Gauss-Legendre integral is used to solve the integral problems in Bayesian analysis,and the example showes that the method is reasonable. |
