| 摘 要： | 介绍了某型螺旋桨适航审定试验,包括装机地面试验和飞行试验。试验中测试了某型螺旋桨全使用状态下的应力载荷及其分布,获得了桨叶表面最大静应力与最大动应力,确定了实际应力分布与最大应力产生部位,为螺旋桨桨叶的强度设计与结构优化提供了重要依据。 |

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the airworthiness certification flight test of a propeller,consisting of the ground test and the flight test.The stress loads and its distribution of the propeller blade were measured for all operation status in the test,the max dynamic stress and the max static stress of the propeller blade surface were obtained,the actual stress distribution and the max stressing position were also defined.Test results provide an important basis for strength design and structural optimization of propeller blades. |
