摘    要:最小离地速度是制定起飞操作程序表的重要基准速度之一,而最小离地速度飞行试验又是民用飞机适航取证中的高风险科目之一.介绍了起飞速度制定过程中各起飞特征速度间的关系,分析研究了最小离地速度在起飞速度制定中的作用,提出了一种基于起飞速度制定原则的最小离地速度合格审定飞行试验的优化方法.该方法可以优化最小离地速度飞行试验安排,节省适航取证成本和时间.

Research on the optimization method of minimum unstick speed certification flight test
Abstract:Minimum unstick speed is one of the important reference speed for the development of scheduled takeoff speeds,and the minimum unstick speed flight test is also one of the high risk flight test subjects during civil aircraft airworthiness certification.This paper introduces the relationship between different operational takeoff speeds in the process of making specific takeoff speeds,analyses and researches the effect of the minimum unstick speed during the development of takeoff speeds,then proposes an optimization method of minimum unstick speed certification flight test based on takeoff speeds determination principles.This method can optimize the minimum unstick speed flight test arrangement,save the cost and time in the airworthiness certification.
