摘    要:简要叙述了飞机在着陆复飞时临界发动机突然失效情况下的最小可操纵速度和临界发动机不工作进场形态下的最小可操纵速度的试飞目的、方法、要求及注意事项,并结合试飞体会,归纳了驾驶飞机的操纵要点,以供试飞员和飞行人员参考。

Abstract:Abstract This article describes the flight test purposes, methods (requirements and cautions for VMCL (minimum controling speed under the criticle engine failure suddenly and land/going around configuration) , and vMCL-1 (minimum controling speed under the criticle engine inoperation and approaching configuration). The author also presents the key points in control of the aircraft with his learning from flight test , so as to provides the references for pilots and engineers.
