飞机纵向杆力—杆位移曲线的自动检测

摘    要:提出了飞机纵向杆力-杆位移曲线的一种自动化检测方法-机器手检测法。首先简述了机器手的组成及原理,然后讨论了杆力、杆位移的自动检测及纵向杆力-杆位移曲线的绘制与处理方法,最后利用该机器手对两种飞机进行了实际检测,并对检测曲线进行了精度分析。结果表明,机器手检测法经济简单、自动化程度和精度较高,是检测飞机纵向杆力-杆位移曲线的一种行之有效的方法。同时,该检测仪也适用于各种飞机的检测,对飞机横向杆力-杆

Abstract:This paper presents a kind of method to automatically test the longitudinal stick force displacement curve for aircraft,machine hand testing method.Firstly,briefly explains the component parts and principle of machine hand.Secondly,discusses the testing of stick force and displacement,and the drawing and process way of their relation curve.At last,applies the machine hand into the actual testing of stick force and displacement for two kinds of aircraft, and makes a precision analysis of the tested curve.The conclusions show that machine hand testing method is simple,cheap, high automatic and precise,it is a kind of very effect means to test the curve of stick force and displacement.On the other hand, this instrument is also suitable for the testing of the other kinds of aircraft and gives a clue to the rolling stick force displacement curve testing of aircraft.
