| 摘 要： | 对单机场地面等待问题提出了一种新的启发式动态优化算法。该方法通过对时间分段，添加飞机是否起飞标志量，分步计算地面延迟和空中延迟，递推求解，从而达到缩小每次求解规模的目的。采用实际数据，仿真验证了所提出的模型和算法的有效性。还给出了一种简便的近似解算法。

| Abstract: | A new heuristic dynamic optimal algorithm is presented in this paper to solve the single airport ground-holding problem. The dynamic real-time solution can be achieved by segmenting the time, adding the take-off sign, separate calculating ground delay and air delay. The simulation using true data validates the feasibility of the proposed algorithm. The paper also gives a simple method to achieve a near solution. |
