基于流场计算的叶栅性能预测研究

摘    要:通过对搜集到的损失和落后角模型进行优化筛选并修正,发展了一套基于S1流面计算结果的适用于亚音速叶型平面叶栅性能预测的组合模型。同时,考虑了轴向密流比对平面叶栅性能的影响,并验证了关于轴向密流比和落后角关联式的正确性。流场计算程序使用了S1流面无粘计算程序和附面层计算程序,更好地模拟了流场。通过计算与实验对比分析,验证了损失和落后角模型的有效性,为此类叶型的平面叶栅特性预测提供了数值计算技术。

Abstract:Through optimizing and correcting the loss and the deviation angle model,the combination of the loss and the deviation angle model is developed which based on the calculation results of the S1 surface applied for the prediction of subsonic cascade performance.Meanwhile,the influence of the axial density flow ratios(AVDR)to the performance of cascade is considered and the relations between AVDR and deviation angle in the references is verified in the research.Through comparison and analysis of calculation and experiment result,the result verified the validity of the loss and deviation angle model,and provides the numerical prediction technology for the cascade of the blades.
