复杂低空救援飞行模糊综合评价模型

摘    要:为系统掌握复杂低空救援飞行状况,采用模糊综合评价方法,综合考虑救援效率、救援效益、飞行安全、技术手段、运行环境、流程规范等影响低空救援飞行的主要因素,构建评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,建立复杂低空救援飞行综合评价模型。以某典型低空救援飞行为例进行仿真实验,验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract:To fully master the situation of rescue flights in complex low- altitude airspace, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied. The main factors affecting rescue flights in complex low- alti- tude airspace such as efficiency, benefit, safety, technical measures, operation conditions and process specifications were considered, and evaluation index system was proposed. Analytic hierarchy process was applied in determining the weighs of indexes, and the comprehensive evaluation model was proposed. Set- ting a typical rescue flight as an example, a simulation test was performed. Test results show that the mod- el is effective in evaluating rescue flights.
