摘    要:针对某型飞机进气道经常出现的蒙皮裂纹、铆钉断裂等现象,通过建立飞机进气道有限元模型,对进气道进行了有限元应力分析及振动疲劳分析。根据分析结果提出了改进方案,通过计算验证、改进方案能有效降低裂纹多发部位的应力水平、增加振动疲劳寿命。

Abstract:Focusing on the failures usually appeared in aircraft inlet such as skin cracking ,rivet fracture,the FEM and vibration fatigue analysis of inlet has been done by establishing the finite element model .The improved scheme was put forward according to the analysis results ,and it can effectively reduce thestress level of the main cracking positions ,increase the vibration fatigue life by calculation and analysis .
