摘    要:针对火箭设计过程中的气动特性计算,在计算流体力学软件FLUENT的基础上进行二次开发,从后台启动FLUENT进程,生成参数文件,采用批处理功能自动控制计算过程,减少用户工作量,极大地提高了设计效率。以两种不同的火箭构型为例,计算了在攻角α=4,°Ma=0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2,2.0,4.0,6.0状态下的气动特性。给出了火箭升力系数、压心系数和阻力系数随马赫数的变化规律。计算结果与实验数据吻合良好,精度满足设计要求,计算的气动数据可以为火箭的初步设计提供参考和依据。

Abstract:This paper develops a calculational program based on the commercial CFD code FLUENT to calculate the aerodynamic characteristic for rockets. The text user interface (TUI) commands of the solution parameters are listed in the input files ,then the files are read by FLUENT run in batch execution ,which reduces the users' input and improves designing efficiency. Two rockets of different type are simulated at 4° ,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2,2.0. The normal force coefficient, center of pressure coefficient and lift coefficient of the whole rocket are computed at different mach numbers. The numerical results of test cases agree well with the experimental data, and the program can supply aerodynamic data for the predesigning of rockets.
