摘    要:信号完整性设计越来越成为高速电路设计成败的关键。基于某高速信号处理模块的设计经验,从器件选型、布局设计、叠层规划、电源地设计、时钟网络设计和布线要求等六个方面总结了信号完整性设计的工程化设计方法,并给出了高速串行信号特殊的设计要求。

Abstract:Signal integrity design has become more and more important in the High- speed circuit design. Based on the successfully design experiences of the High- speed signal processing modules, the paper summarizes the engineering design ways related to signal integrity design from below six aspects:Component selecting, Layout guideline, Stackup programming, Power&Ground design, Clock nets design and Routing requirement. About high- speed serial bus,it also gives some special design principles.
