航班延误引发的旅客群体性事件仿真研究

针对航班延误引发的旅客群体性事件,改进了情绪感染模型,提出一种外界事件刺激下的情绪感染模型,模型中提出了个体受外界事件刺激下的情绪增长计算模型,引入了群体角色、亲疏关系等社会属性,在此基础上,应用行为阈值函数模拟个体的情绪动态下的行为决策过程,并以航站楼候机厅航班延误引发的旅客群体性事件为案例,结合社会力模型模拟单个航班延误情境下的情绪感染过程以及旅客群体事件演化过程。仿真结果表明,所提出仿真方法考虑了旅客特征与随机性,更接近于真实的场景;群体结构的分化是旅客群体性事件的诱发因素。

Research on Simulation of Passenger Mass Event Derived from Flight Delay

This paper presented the emotion contagion model based on the stimulus of outside event by proving the previous model. The emotion growth model and social relationship （ crowd role and intimacy） were taken into consideration in the proposed model. On foundations above, the behavior threshold func- tion was used to simulate the dynamic decision process of the individual＇s behavior under the dynamic e- motion. The virtual simulation environment of departure hall in the terminal was set up to simulate the e- motion contagion process and the evolution process of passenger mass event under a flight delay situation integrating the social force model. The experiment results show that the method proposed in this paper can simulate the realistic process of passenger emotion contagion concerning the passenger characteristic and randomness,the transformation of passenger crowd structure is an inducing factor for passenger mass e- vent.
