摘    要:为避免航空发动机叶片在高速旋转工作状态时经常会发生外物损伤造成的严重事故,基于冲击动力学理论,建立了离心预应力作用下叶片外物撞击的非线性动力学模型,利用碰撞动力分析软件PAM-CRASH及其丰富的材料本构模型数据库,建立了旋转叶片受鸟体撞击的有限元分析模型,并在其环境下通过隐式静力求解来进行旋转状态下叶片的预应力分析,对不同离心栽荷下叶片鸟撞击进行数值模拟比较。结果表明,离心应力对叶片的瞬态响应及损伤特征有较大的影响,并获得了不同离心预载作用下外物损伤的一些规律。

Abstract:Foreign object damage ( FOD ) often occurs while engine blades are working at high rotating speed, which will lead to failure and damage. In current study, a nonlinear dynamic model was established with centrifugal stress based on impact dynamic theories. Another finite element model of bird striking on rotating blades was established with PAM- CRASH and its abundant material constitutive equation data- base, then analysis of prestress on rotating blades was carried out with implicit static sovler. Furthermore, impact on the blades under different centrifugal loading was simulated and compared. The results suggest that either centrifugal stress itself or its magnitude will affect the impact damage and the dynamic respon-ses of blades.
