复合材料层合板有限元分析及疲劳寿命预测

摘    要:采用有限元方法对复合材料的疲劳进行模拟计算,建立有限元模型,进行疲劳寿命预测。把复合材料的疲劳失效过程模拟成为在外载荷作用下材料性能逐步退化、应力重分布、损伤累积的过程,并利用MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN进行算列分析,并与试验结果相比较,误差较小,可以作为预测复合材料层合板寿命的方法。

Abstract:This paper uses the finite element method to calculate the composite fatigue problem,and predicts fatigue life for element model built.The fatigue failure of the composite material under the outer load is simulated as a process that the properties degrades progressively,the stress redistributes,and the damage cumulates.And uses MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN to analyze an example.Compared to the experiment result,it shows that the error is lower and this method can predict the fatigue life of composite laminate.
