摘    要:染色标志弹在入水冲击过程中破裂并释放出染料,该过程是一个包含了多重流固耦合效应并且需要考虑耦合面失效行为的非线性瞬态动力学问题。采用MSC Dytran,研究了标志弹的入水冲击行为,建立了多个弹体冲击动力学分析模型,通过对比分析,探讨了标志弹预设凹槽个数和位置、弹体入水速度和角度等参数对标志弹冲击过程的影响规律,揭示了标志弹最小入水速度、染料释放的裂口位置及大小与入水角的非线性关系,为标志弹结构设计和试验设计提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Dye logo elastic impact into the water in the process of rupture and release the dye,the process is one that contains multiple fluid-solid coupling effect and the need to take into account failure behavior of nonlinear transient dynamic coupled surface problems.Used MSC Dytran,research has flag bomb of into water shock acts,established has multiple bomb body shock dynamics analysis model,through contrast analysis,discussion has flag bomb preset au slot number and location,and bomb body into water speed and angle,parameter on flag bomb shock process of effects law,reveals has flag bomb minimum into water speed,and dye release of RIP location and the size and into water corner of nonlinear relationship,for flag bomb structure design and test design provides has theory reference.
