基于Msc.Nastran的T型尾翼优化设计研究

摘    要:建立了T型尾翼的有限元模型,并使用Msc.Nastran对T型尾翼结构进行优化。为了获得更轻的平尾结构重量,将平尾从T型尾翼中取出单独进行优化,并研究了优化变量分区的细化、优化变量的增加对优化结果的影响,并再次对T型尾翼结构进行优化。优化工作显著降低了平尾结构的重量,并得到了一些重要结论,为以后的T型尾翼优化设计提供了宝贵经验。

Abstract:FEM of T- tail is built up in this paper, and optimization for T- tail is performed using Mse. Nastran. In order to get lighter weight of the horizontal tail, the horizontal tail is taken off from T- tail and optimized alone, then re- search the affect to optimization result caused by ploting denser optimization variables zone, adding optimization varia- bles. Then T- tail is optimized again. The task in this paper reduce the weight of the horizontal tail remarkably, and some important conclusions are got from the task, which provide precious experience for future design optimization of T- tail.
