| 摘 要： | 远程战略轰炸机是军事威慑的重要组成部分,是纵深打击的基础,是现代立体化战争不可缺少的作战载体之一;针对不同国家在不同时期研制同一类型产品,提出了等工程价值比的概念,介绍了等工程价值比的特点.引入了美国兰德公司飞机研制费用估算模型DAPCA IV.在国外飞机研制费用的基础上提出适合国内同类产品的研制费用计算方法.利用等工程价值比概念并结合DAPCA IV模型,给出了发展远程战略轰炸机的研制费用的具体算例,克服了国内数据不足的缺点.

| Abstract: | Long-range bomber is an important part of military power.It is the base of long range stroke.The concept of equalation-engineering-value-rate has been given for different countries in different period in this paper.It's characteristics also have been given.And a way to calculate the cost has been given as well.Combining the model DAPCA IV,an example has been given.The shortcoming is overcomed for the lacking of the data internal. |
