MPP蛀孔互联网的模拟研究

蛀孔交换技术的特性不同于存储转发交换技术的特性。该文分析了消息在重载蛀孔网络中传输的性能特性，指出了在典型的二维MESH网中应用蛀孔技术的障碍。在此基础上提出了二维MESH的一种改进结构，即间接二维MESH结构，并分析、模拟了该结构在各种网络负载及各种网络规模下的性能特性。分析及模拟都说明了该结构的高效性。

A Simulation Study on Wormhole-Routed Interconnection Networks

The characteristics of wormhole routing techniques are different from that of store and forward techniques. This paper analyzes the communication performance of the wormhole-routed interconnection network with heavy traffic, and points out the barrier that applies the wormhole switching technique to a typical 2D mesh. An improvement architecture which is named as indirect 2D MESH is presented. The performance analysis and simulation about this network with heavy traffic is done. The analysis and simulation show that this network is efficient.
