| 摘 要： | 针对管制员工作负荷评估的研究现状，从工作负荷分类的角度分析，建立了综合考虑主客观因素的工作负荷评估模型。通过对管制工作的主要工作进程的次数统计，可以评估出统计时间内的工作负荷值。算例的结果验证了评估模型的可行性以及应用该模型所求得扇区容量值得有效性。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the present situation of the controller workload evaluation, from the workload classed angle analysis, has established the workload evaluation model of considering subjective and objective factors. Through to compute the happened times of prime tasks,may evaluate the workload value in special time. The example＇s result has confirmed the model feasibility and the application of the model has verified the validity of sector capacity value. |
