基于模糊数学原理的低载截除水平数学模型

摘    要:载荷谱中损伤不明显的低载循环和产生明显疲劳损伤的载荷循环在编谱过程中的处理方式不同,二者损伤之间没有确切的区分界限,而该分界正是截除水平的位置。为了便于进一步开展低载截除理论研究,建立了基于模糊数学原理的数学模型,在一定置信度下描述低载截除水平的概念,说明确定截除水平点的过程。该模型能够依据较大载荷源检验任意载荷循环的有效性,合理区分低栽循环和有效循环,其效果在一定程度上受到损伤算法的影响。

Abstract:The managing of small load cycles whose damage is not evident and the cycles whose damage is relatively evident are quite distinguishing. There is not definite boundary between their damage, such boundary is just small load cycle elimination level. For the conveniency of farther research on elimination theory, a mathematic model was established based on fuzzy mathematics principle. With the model, the cocept of small load cycle elimination level under certain confidence level was depicted, the process of determining elimination level was introduced. The model could verify any load cycle's effectivity with large load sources, distinguished small load cycles and effective cycles with reason, and was affected by damage calculating method to some extent.
