| 摘 要： | 随着半导体技术的发展,验证已经成为SoC设计的瓶颈.分析了SoC验证面临的困难,结合1553B总线接口SoC芯片的具体实践,重点研究了SoC验证平台的一种构建实现方法.该方法提高了验证效率,缩短了整个设计验证周期.

| Abstract: | With the development of semiconductor technology,verification is becoming the bottleneck of SoC design.This paper analysis the problems during SoC verification.By the research of 1553B bus interface SoC verification,a way to implementing SoC verification platform is presented.The result shows that testbech constructed in this way improves verification productivity and shortens the whole design process. |
