| 摘 要： | 介绍了多媒体技术中ＭＰＥＧ 的编解码方法。结合电视播放中的实际情况，利用多线程编程技术，设计并实现了多媒体电视播放系统ＭＶＺＢ，从而较好解决了传统录放像系统编解码及节目切换的延时、抖动及漂移问题

| Abstract: | This paper presents the method of coding/decoding in multimedia technique. Considering the actual situation of TV program broadcasting system, with multithread programming method, we developed this multimedia system MVZB both in hardware and software. With MVZB, we can solve the problems such as delay, dithering, excursion of coding/decoding and program switching in traditional system. |
