摘    要:基于三维结构网格,以MPICH2作为并行开发环境,研究了对等模式下流场的并行计算问题。在三维结构网格已经生成的前提下,针对计算区域的划分,网格输出格式和数据通信,提出了一种并行算法。算法的核心思想是将需要通讯的其他区域的单元按区号从1到n排列,并获得本区域通信单元的I-J-K编号与其他区域通讯单元的排列序号的映射关系。最后,在IBM BladeCenter HS22刀片机平台上进行了算例验证,结果表明算法具有很好的可靠性与通用性。

Abstract:Based on the three-dimensional structure grid,parallel computing of fluid in peer pattern is studied by taking MPICH2 as the parallel development environment.Under the premise that the three-dimensional structured grid has already been produced,a set of solution about region division,output format of grid and the data communication is given.The algorithm′s core is to give the communication cells of other zones an order from 1 to n,and then we get the mapping relationship between the I-J-K number of local zone′s communication cells and the serial number of other zones communication cells.At the end,numerical examples are tested in the IBM BladeCenter HS22 blade server platform,results indicate that the method presented in this paper has very good reliability and versatility.
