电磁场作用下包晶合金定向凝固过程传输模型的建立

摘    要:建立了二元包晶合金在电磁场作用下定向凝固过程中多场耦合的数学模型,并根据包晶转变不同阶段的特点,提出了包晶转变中固相分数的计算办法。该模型可以计算电磁场作用下包晶合金定向凝固中的流动、传热、传质的过程,为电磁场作用下包晶合金定向凝固过程的数值计算及对实验结果的分析提供理论依据。

Abstract:A multi-field coupled mathematical model was built for describing the directional solidification process of binary peritectic alloy under electromagnetic field.The method for solid fraction calculation was set up according to characteristics of various periods during peritectic reaction.The flow,heat-transfer and mass-transmission of peritectic alloy during directional solidification under electromagnetic field can be calculated with this model,which also can provide theoretical basis for calculation and an...
