有限元网格模型装配技术研究

摘    要:针对复杂装配体有限元网格模型手工装配难度大的问题,提出了CAE环境下基于工程语义的带装配约束关系的有限元网格装配方法。对有限元网格模型进行自动分组,通过建立CAD装配本体和CAE装配本体之间的映射关系,将CAD的装配约束类型转换为几何位置关系,将这些关系转换为网格模型的装配定位变换矩阵,在对PATRAN二次开发的基础上,通过实例验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract:It is hard to manually assemble the finite element grid model.Aiming at this problem,under the CAE environment,this paper raises the assembling method of finite element grid with the assemble constrain relation based on the engineering semantics.First and foremost,automatically grouping the finite element grid model,establishing the mapping relations between CAD assembling ontology and CAE assembling ontology,through which we convert the type of assembly constrain of CAD into geometry dubiety.Then convert these relations into assembly location transformation matrix.After the re-developing of PATRAN,we test and verify the effectiveness.
