摘    要:应急断离结构能显著提高民用客机应急着陆的安全性.基于应急断离结构的适航要求,对民用客机应急断离结构的完整性和功能性进行了适航符合性研究.通过分析民用客机应急断离结构在各设计阶段的主要任务,建立了应急断离结构设计的适航验证流程.基于对适航符合性理论的研究,提出了一种新的民用客机应急断离结构适航符合性实施方法,结合工程实例并利用ABAQUS二次开发技术对应急断离结构进行快速设计的方法,为民用客机应急断离结构设计提供了一种新的验证思路及实施方法.

Abstract:Emergency landing safety of civil aircraft can be improved greatly using Emergency Break-away Structure(EBS).Based on the airworthiness requirements, the integrality and functionality of EBS are proposed herein for demonstration its airworthiness compliance.A new airworthiness compliance demonstration process was worked out by analyzing EBS′s main tasks of various design stage of civil aircraft.A new method of airworthiness compliance verification of EBS functionality is proposed.This method is verified using the finite element model of EBS set up through the redevelopment technology of commercial software ABAQUS.It is shown that this method can be applied in EBS design and verification stages.
