风洞阻尼网周边拉力分析与计算

摘    要:阻尼网是风洞稳定段内的重要设备,它可以进一步破碎蜂窝器后的气流漩涡,减小稳定段气流的湍流强度。在风洞运行时,阻尼网因受到气动载荷而变形,其变形大小与周边的拉力具有一定的关系,如果变形过大,将影响阻尼网的正常使用,起不到减小湍流强度的作用。以圆形阻尼网为例,推导出阻尼网周边的拉力计算公式及预紧力的选取方法,为风洞阻尼网的安装预紧提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The damping mesh is important equipment of wind tunnel, which can continue to break the air flow spiral vortex after honey comb equipment and so reduce turbulent flow intensity of the stabilization sector. When the wind tunnel is in operation, the damping mesh will be deformed which will create by aerodynamic load. The deforming degree have relations with peripheral tension, if the deformation is large, the damping mesh will can not regular serve, that can not reduce the turbulent flow intensity. In this paper, the round damping mesh as an example was gave, the calculation formula of peripheral tension and pretightening force was deduced, the method mentioned above provided reference for installation and adjustment of damping mesh.
