摘    要:介绍了模拟网工作机理的数学模型,对有关金属丝网的阻力特性作了较详细的研究。初步模拟试验表明:用该理论设计的模拟网用于简单图谱模拟时,能达到要求的模拟精度;用于某型进气道图谱模拟时,除个别点外,畸变元的模拟误差也在要求的范围内。文中还介绍了模拟网的设计计算和试验调节方法,编写了合理的计算机程序。

Abstract:he screen resistance coefficient is studied for varied screens. The experiments show that there is a definite function relationship between the screen resistance coefficient and Reynolds number for a certain screen porosity or solidity ratio. The distortion simulation screen is designed based on the experimental resistance coefficient of screens by one dimensional flow theory. The experiments also show that the flow field pattern produced by the distortion simulation screen simulates the defined one and the simulation tolerance of the distortion elements is within the accurates required basically. An interactive computer program is used in the design and tests of the distortion simulation screens.
