旋流与炭黑对聚乙烯固体燃料冲压发动机工作性能的影响

摘    要:为探究旋流与添加炭黑对聚乙烯推进剂固体燃料冲压发动机工作性能的影响,采用实验和数值仿真相结合的方法进行研究。结果表明:在聚乙烯中加入质量分数为5%的炭黑可以提高补燃室压强和温度,增大燃烧室内高温区面积,且对推进剂燃烧效率、发动机工作性能以及发动机燃烧稳定性具有积极作用。与聚乙烯推进剂相比,含炭黑推进剂在无旋工况下可使发动机平均燃面退移速率提高15%,特征速度提高4%,推力提高11%。在旋流工况下,添加炭黑可使推进剂平均燃面退移速率提高29%,特征速度提高8.5%,发动机推力提高22.3%。结果表明:在添加炭黑和旋流的共同作用下,对发动机工作性能提升更加明显。相比于无旋工况而言,旋流的引入有助于燃气与来流空气的掺混,提高推进剂燃烧效率,对推进剂燃面退移速率提升具有积极作用。

Abstract:The investigation of combustion phenomena of carbon black-polyethylene fueled solid fuel ramjet (SFRJ) with swirl flow was conducted via experimental and numerical approach. The result indicates that the addition of 5% of mass fraction carbon black could enhance the pressure and temperature of the combustor, increasing the area of high temperature zone in the SFRJ chamber and enhance the combustion efficiency, performance and combustion stability of solid fuel ramjet. Compared with polyethylene fueled ramjet, the carbon black-polyethylene could enhance 15% of the average regression rate, 4% of characteristic velocity, 11% of thrust. As for swirl intake operating condition, the addition of carbon black could increase 29% of average regression rate, 8.5% of characteristic velocity, 22.3% of thrust compared for none-swirl cases. Which indicate that the addition of swirl intake and carbon black, the performance of the SFRJ could be increased more significant. In addition, the increasing of swirl intensity could increase the mixing degree of the propellant and incoming air, enhance the combustion efficiency and increase the regression rate of solid fuel ramjet.
